The 2024 Lake Cumberland Air Show will feature a complete day of high flying fun on Saturday, September 21!  Come see some of the nation's top air show performers, vintage military aircraft, and civilian airplanes up close and on display.  The air show will also feature a wide assortment of food and beverage vendors as well as exhibitor booths from local organizations. 

Plans are in place to make the 2024 Lake Cumberland Air Show the best show yet!

Flagship Detroit

The 1937 Douglas DC-3 "Flagship Detroit"  headlined the static display during the 2022 Lake Cumberland Air Show.  


The Douglas DC-3 airliner went down into history as one of the most important military and civilian aircraft of all time.  This particular DC-3 is the oldest flying of it's type anywhere in the world and the Flagship Detroit Foundation sells rides in this aircraft allowing you to take flight on this historic airliner.
