Ready For Takeoff! Lake Cumberland Air Show is Sunday, August 29!
SOMERSET, KENTUCKY — From vintage military aircraft, civilian air show performers, to a fire-breathing jet truck, Sunday's FREE Lake Cumberland Air Show presented by Don Franklin Somerset Family of Dealerships is going to be an unforgettable experience.
This is the first air show in two decades for Somerset-Pulaski County, and it will offer tons of family fun, including airplane and helicopter rides, food vendors and music. Spend Saturday in downtown Somerset at Somernites Cruise checking out classic cars and Sunday at the Lake Cumberland Regional Airport watching vintage military and civilian planes take the skies. There is also an opportunity for Mustang car lovers to get their photos taken with the World War II-era P-51 Mustang!
